& conditions.

1. Scope of Service
The Company provides a managed website and professional email solution. This includes website design, hosting, maintenance, and the configuration of a professional email alias (e.g., @[suspicious link removed]) routed to your existing email provider.
2. Subscription & Commitment
Initial Term: By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of twelve (12) monthly payments of $150.00.
Setup Fee: The upfront fee of $550.00 covers the initial design, labor, and technical integration and is non-refundable once the "Project Kickoff" form is submitted.Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel before the 12-month commitment is met, the remaining balance of the first year’s subscription will be due immediately to settle the account.3. Ownership & Assets
Your Property: You retain full ownership of your Domain Name and any imagery or copy provided to us.
Our Property: The website design, layout, custom code, and technical email routing configurations are the property of the Company and are provided as a service.Cancellation Effect: This is a managed service. If the subscription is cancelled or a payment is failed/delinquent, the website will be taken offline and the professional email routing will be deactivated. We are not responsible for hosting the site elsewhere upon termination.4. Domain Management
To provide this service, you must grant the Company administrative access to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy). We will manage the DNS records to ensure your site and email remain active. We agree not to transfer or alter domain ownership without your express written consent.
5. The "5-Day Launch" Goal
Our 5-day launch window begins only after Part 2 (Technical Onboarding) is completed and all necessary access to your domain and email has been verified. Delays in providing access will result in a delay in the site launch.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any loss of business, data, or technical downtime caused by third-party providers (registrars, hosting servers, or email providers). We provide the "glue" that keeps these systems running, but we do not own the underlying infrastructure.
